Fleetwood Digital is located online, there is no physical "Bricks & Mortar" style store. Most items will be shipped from either. Surrey, BC, or Peterborough, Ontario, or Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. The warehouse or distributor that ships the order may not be the closest to you as different merchandise is housed in different areas. Special order merchandise may ship from authorized factories or distributors in China or Hong Kong. Our checkout can bill and charge in several currencies of your choice. Use the selector at the top of the page to shop and view prices in supported currencies. For example USD, EUR, GBP or AUS.
Price Matching:
Fleetwood Digital does not have a guaranteed price match policy. Many factors go into a price. Before you believe our competition may have us beat please look at the big picture. Fleetwood Digital offers exceptional service with our express warranty, offering service in Canada for the full one year duration, has a generous rewards program, and has competitive shipping rates.
Fleetwood Digital also sources FCC/IC branded Wouxun, TYT and Baofeng radios where possible. Add it all up and you will find a compliant product, at a competitive price, with the assurance that we will be around to serve you in the future.
If you still feel we are not competitive kindly contact us with the particulars and we will review all price match requests on a case by case basis. Preference will be given to price matching Canadian competitors, that are located in Canada. Items for consideration of Price Matching must also be in-stock and available to purchase.
Marketplace style listings such as eBay.ca and Amazon.ca will only be considered for sellers who are located in Canada, with stock that ships from Canada. Any price match that is granted will be a final price and not subject to the use of any further discounts, promotions, or coupons.
Fleetwood Digital will guarantee your purchase price for up to 30 days. Should an item drop in price at Fleetwood Digital within 30 days of your purchase simply let us know and we will credit your account the difference in the form of a store credit valid towards your next purchase. Not applicable to items on pre-order, clearance or used/refurbished merchandise.
Free Shipping Promotions:
From time to time Fleetwood Digital offers free shipping promotions. When taking advantage of free shipping, Fleetwood Digital will use economy shipping regardless of the method chosen at checkout. If a faster shipping method is required please do not apply the free shipping promotion. Your orders will ship the most economical way.
If a minimum spend is required to take advantage of the promotion taxes, fees, and services will not count towards the total. The total is based on physical merchandise only.
A maximum dollar value of $20 will apply to the free shipping; customers in remote or air stage locations may be excluded based on your address and the base cost of the shipping. Bulk orders where the shipping rate exceeds $20 will also be excluded.
When taking advantage of a free shipping promotion no other coupons or certificates can be used. This is an exclusive promotion and cannot be stacked with any other offer or savings promotion. These offers may also be available to US customers with the same restrictions on a promotion by promotion basis.
